Hi. I'm Simon and I'm a complementary therapist with a private practice in Newport.
I have worked in the health and wellness industry for thirteen years, working as a personal trainer, nutrition consultant and a qualified masseur, holding the VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Complementary Therapies (QCF).
Sensaté combines these professions, utilising massage and physical therapy to promote muscle care and improve your overall sense of wellbeing.
For those of you who'd rather have a massage in the comfort of your own home, I also work on a mobile basis covering the South Wales and West area.
