A life changing massage
Of all things, I urgently needed to renew my passport and so to while away a few hours whilst I waited in Newport I decided to have a massage. I found the Christopher Leslie website and booked a massage with him. Amazing! Not only did I have a fantastic massage, but Christopher was very inspirational. As a result, I have taken up running again (gave up 5 years ago when I broke my foot). I am now more than half way through the Couch to 5k programme (which I had never heard of before) and my body shape is changing, and I have lost 2 kgs. Also, my very bad back is improving all the time as a result of the running. If you are ever in the Newport area, book a massage with Christopher. It is an excellent massage, great value for money and, who knows, it may change your life for the better as well! Thank you so much Christopher.
