Demanded proof of skin cancer diagnosis when asked for refund, then pointed out terms and conditions of no transfers or refunds, it would be put to a manager to CONSIDER a refund if we produced a letter from cancer specialist that confirmed diagnosis and that sun beds were to be avoided.. For a company that knows their product causes cancers they seem only interested in profit NOT your health
