Terrible Service

I got my uv gels done in this salon for going on holiday the following day. On the way to the airport, I noticed the tips had started cracking. I phoned the salon and they said to get in touch when I returned from holiday. (I had to have the gels removed two days into my holiday) I have done this and the first co-owner I spoke to told me I would either get my nails redone or a refund but told me the technician had been sacked. I have just spoken to a really rude woman at the salon who is refusing the promised refund. I paid my money to the shop but she insists the nail technician was self employed therefore my contract was with her. I am now going to trading standards. Do not go near this shop unless you want your nails ruined and the most horrific customer service imaginable!
