Aweful service
After 6 months of owning a bike from this company i have had to return it on 4 seperate occasion for a catalogue of faults including broken gear shifters and split peddles, along with parts repeatedly coming loose and falling off. On the last occasion it had to be returned as the rear derailer sheared off, smashing all the cogs and chain set, making the bike unusable. I have now been waiting 10 weeks for the problem to be resolved, continualy being fobbed off with "it will be ready in a couple of days". Very poor quality products that a not designed for riding. If you want a cheep nasty bike thats going to sit in the garage and never be used this is the shop for you!
