We at the Bike Fixer bring the expertise of a bike shop to your door with our mobile bike repair vans, giving you the convenience of having your bike fixed at home, the office or even at your local train station on your way to work. We love all bikes whether it's designed to be used on the Roads, Mountains, Commuting, Racing or just to poodle down to the shops, we can repair, maintain or upgrade at a time and place to suit you. Bespoke Services

There are times where you may not require the full attention of one of our service levels so we have listed below some bespoke packages that may suit your needs.

Race Tune £20
Need that edge for an up and coming race then this is for you. We will centre and adjust the brakes, index the gears, check the chain and lubricate, true the wheels and inflate tyres to race pressure.
Full Gear Service £18
Remove front and rear derailleurs, degrease, lubricate and reset including rear hanger alignment check. Lubricate cables to ensure smooth operation.
Hydraulic Brake Service £25
Full brake service including fluid replacement, replacing seals and piston check.
Bike Build £30
Been shopping on the internet and bought yourself a new bike? Then we can build it up in accordance with industry standards and have you up and pedaling in no time at all.
Wheel Build £35
We will build your wheel to your specifications or rebuild your current wheel replacing spokes where necessary (spokes not included and will be charges at £1 each)

Select a service level below to suit your needs:-

Level One £40
This is our basic entry level service, ideal for a bike that has not been used much over the winter and needs a once over before hitting the road.
A full clean, degrease, re-grease and external lubrication and then a visual check of the complete bike for any problems over and above you as the customer may have told us. Check and adjust gears, chain wear, brakes, headset, wheel bearings, bottom bracket, check and tighten all bolts including crank bolts. Pedals tightened and re-greased, where possible seat post re-greased. Check wheels for true, tyres checked for damage and inflated to the correct pressure.
Level Two £75
This is out top seller, ideal for bikes that are used all the time that have between 6 - 8 months between services or need an annual service.
A full clean, degrease, re-grease and external lubrication and then a visual check of the complete bike for any problems over and above you as the customer may have told us. Check all cables and outers for wear or damage, check brake fluid levels and bleed. Check and tighten headset. Remove, check, lubricate and re-fit the front and rear derailleurs, chainset, chain and cassette. Remove, check, lubricate and refit the bottom bracket including tapping out threads and re-face shell where required. Gears checked for correct indexing, chain checked for wear and lubricated. Pedals tightened and greased, seat post removed and lubricated and refitted. Check wheels for true, tyres checked for damage and inflated to the correct pressure.
Level Three £110
This is the Full Monty! As per the Level Two above but the bike is fully stripped down to the frame and re-built with loads of TLC.
A full clean, degrease, re-grease and external lubrication. Check all cables and outers for wear or damage, check brake fluid levels and bleed. Forks removed and headset stripped, bearings checked and re-greased. Check rear dropouts for alignment and adjust where necessary, remove, check, lubricate and re-fit the front and rear derailleurs, chain set, chain and cassette. Remove, check, lubricate and refit the bottom bracket including tapping out threads and re-face shell where required. Gears checked for correct indexing, chain checked for wear and lubricated. Pedals tightened and greased, seat post removed and lubricated and refitted. Strip down, re-grease and adjust both hubs, check wheels for true, tyres checked for damage and inflated to the correct pressure. Carry out a visual check of the complete bike for damage, cracks and miss-alignment.

Family Package
Any two adult bikes taking up any of the above service levels, the children's bikes will be serviced for FREE.
