Doesn't deserve any stars
Very poor service, as the service was non-existent. We booked a time for him to come a week in advance, and over an hour after he was supposed to have arrived, he called and said that he would not be coming because he didn't want to walk 200 yards in the rain. He complained that there "would probably be quite a bit of walking about when I get there too" (which is frankly ridiculous for someone in this trade) and his manner was generally unfriendly and unhelpful. As a business with quite a few chimneys, we could have been a good customer, but we will definitely not be recommending this company to anyone.
