The vets and nursing staff at Birch are second to none we have taken our 3 cats there at various times and sometimes very seriously ill. They are very caring and kind and always have the animals welfare uppermost. I recommend them 100%.

Great service and lovely staff!
First off, I completely disagree with the anonymous reviewer who said "They are not interested in your pet only your money". As they are not a chain veterinary practice, I find the vets and the nurses to be much more caring and personal than any other vets I have ever been to. Secondly, the smell is not disgusting, it's what you would expect for a practice which sees several animals every day. I am always happy with the service and the attitude of the staff, and I will always take my pets here, I wouldn't trust them anywhere else.

fantastic!!
Excellent in every way! Can't fault it at all. Nurses have great compassion for the pets and the owners. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone. Very affordable treatment.

Disgusting in every sense of the word.
The smell in this practice is disgusting, the receptionists think they are someone and have the worst attitude I have ever come across in my life. My pet was operated on in this practice and I later found that it was extremely dangerous for her to be anethesised with her thyroid so hyper active that it could have killed her in such condition. Now the tablets she needs, for the rest of her life in order to live because of this botch and unnecessary operation, are only available on a "first come, first served basis." Avoid this centre at all costs. The are not interested in your pet only your money... Sick.
