Please think twice before seeing this vet.

Hi - This is a message from the bottom of my heart - I took my full pedigree chocolate labrador to this vet when she was really ill - the vet told us she was fine and set us away with 6 x cans of 'sensative' dog food - which was £15.06! I was not satisfied as after eating this food my puppy was still really ill - so i took her to the PDSA in huyton - She was there for the last 5 days fighting for her life - and today i had to go to her and hold her and say my goodbyes whilst the vet put my precious puppy to sleey - she had Paravirus - VERY serious and Very Rife in the Meseyside area - as told by the vet. She also told me if 'Petchy' had taken her in when her symptons started she would be alive today, not being put to sleep. We then spoke to this vet and his staff to get a response of if we took ever sick pup in for observations we would require a kennels and 'it happens' - I was appauled and disgusted by this mans treatment of both my dog, myself and family and then upmost his flippancy over her AVOIDABLE death. I would suggest if you love your pet, then go elsewhere as this man is only in it for his wages and has no genuine love of animals. Didnt seem to bother him that i had to go home today after letting molly go, to tell my young son that his dog was in heaven - and it was all this uptight vet who didnt take animal care serious
