Terrible company. Problems from day one and no one calls you back when promised. Was told initially that the design had been done before my First Choice (they trade as Drayline Ltd) by the sales man, however turns out it had not which is when the problems started. Over 18 months in and the problems still occur. The front door handle wobbles, the box guttering collects water so when its warmer inside than outside it drips due to condensation, there are still scratches on aluminium grey frame which were made on install and there are some window vent covers missing. Botched fixes to a leak we had (different from above) means that we have mismatched wood on our house - promise after promise from the joint director Michael Giddings and still nothing has been done. Complete shambles from start to end - they tell you to avoid the bigger companies like Everest and tell you horror stories and I wanted to keep the build 'local' but never again. Complete cowboys. I would avoid at all costs.
