I was dreading the whole window buying experience and having spoken to one of your competitors my preconceived ideas rapidly unfolded in front of me! Sharp intakes of breath at bad access, need for scaffolding and an initial quote that would have cleared the National Debt immediately followed by a special price just for me, but only if I made up my mind straight away etc tec. The second company and the only other one I asked was yourself. We were met by John Garrod who had a very pleasant nature, answered all our questions and was very informative and helpful. The second time I met him was when he visited the house and again, he was a perfect salesmen.
