Luxury Cornwall Holiday Cottages provides two Award Winning, independent, holiday cottages. Both cottages hold the coveted, Visit England, Quality in Tourism 5-STAR GOLD Award with 100% Cleanliness placing them in the top 5% best self-catering holiday homes in the UK.
A choice of two luxury Cornwall holiday cottages designed for discerning individuals, seeking select, high quality, self-catering accommodation all year round.
Repeatedly awarded 5 star GOLD, for accommodation and customer service, and 100% for Cleanliness by Quality in Tourism for Visit England, places both cottages among UK's best self catering holiday homes.
Quite different in style, both cottages ooze high quality accommodation and facilities beyond the norm. Meadowview Cottage has 3-bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people comfortably plus infants and a small dog. The Cottage sleeps 2 adults in the Master Bedrooms suite and infant in the cot, Moses Basket or Ready bed provided.
Both cottages benefit from being detached; The Cottage sits (uniquely) on its own privately owned village green, whilst Meadowview Cottage sits adjacent to, and overlooks sheep grazed, verdant meadows. Both have two gardens and plentiful off-road parking space. Meadowview Cottage with accommodation over one level is perfect for families of all generations. With a RoSPA inspected play park, two secluded, enclosed gardens and private Scandinavian log cabin sauna, this cottage is ideal for families with young children. The Cottage, which has featured in 3 international interior design magazines, including 25 Beautiful Homes and Good Homes, has spacious accommodation on two levels, a master bedroom suite with large ensuite and dressing room/nursery, wood burner and fully enclosed garden, is perfect for grown up getaways, young families with babies and toddlers and dog lovers. Both cottages are popular honeymoon venues.
Set in the quintessential, sleepy hamlet of Trelash in North Cornwall the cottages are 5 mins walk from each other making them perfect for larger group accommodation for anniversaries, birthdays, Christmas etc.
Trelash is perfectly situated within close proximity to famous haunts such as Tintagel, Port Isaac, Polzeath, Daymer Bay, Rock and Padstow and miles of renowned Cornish coastal footpaths and cycle trails to explore. The area has many family friendly attractions to entertain the kids and with the cottages only 10-15mins drive to the coast at Boscastle and Crackington Haven and 20 mins to Widemouth Bay and Bude, there is always something to do or somewhere to explore all year round.
With Cornwall and Bude both winners of 2015 The British Travel Awards, voted by the public, our Luxury Cornwall Holiday Cottages are ideally placed to provide the perfect country retreat. Cornwall won Best UK Holiday Destination/County for the seventh year in a row and Bude, which has evolved into an on trend coastal resort, was voted the Best Coastal Resort in the UK.
Our Luxury Cornwall Holiday Cottages are only 4 hours drive from London, 2 hours from Bristol and 1 hour from Exeter, an important deciding factor when travelling with young children and dogs. With just a 5mins drive to the Atlantic Highway (A39) and 10mins to the A30 the cottages are ideally placed for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer.
Reduced tariffs are available for smaller group sizes ie 2 or 4 people at Meadowview Cottage. Short breaks (3 and 4 nights) are available at both cottages, during Low and Mid Seasons only.
The Cottage's high quality accommodation has been recognised by 4 interior design magazines, most recently by Good Homes magazine. The 9-page article features in the current November 2016 issue.

At Exeter join the M5 (South) and exit at Junction 31 on to the A30 toward Bodmin/Okehampton (dual carriageway all the way to Launceston). Just past Launceston, exit the A30 to join the A395 for North Cornwall/Wadebridge/Camelford. Follow the A395 for 10
I just want to forewarn others about our experience with booking this cottage for a week in May/June at a cost of £1,225 for 2 adults and 3 mini Pekingese dogs. We paid £450 at the time of booking in March and wanted to pay the final balance of £775 this week, 8 weeks before the start of our holiday. The owner (Jacqueline Bolt) asked us to pay both the final balance AND a £300 cautionary deposit now. She would then retain the cautionary deposit for 2.5 months, until 2 weeks following our holiday. We very politely emailed the owner to say we completely understood why she needs a cautionary deposit and we're happy to pay it, but we have never encountered a holiday cottage cautionary deposit being retained for 2.5 months. We said we would feel happier paying for the full holiday now, but then paying the cautionary deposit e.g. 14 days before the holiday, which is what is normal in our experience. We (again very politely) asked her if she could explain WHY she needs to retain the cautionary deposit for 2.5 months, as understanding might resolve the matter. Instead of replying to our polite email with any explanation or answer about the deposit, the owner simply issued a very rude email saying our holiday was now cancelled and she would be retaining our £450 deposit! Obviously we are very shocked and dismayed by her behaviour and have never encountered anything like this in 15 years of holidaying in luxury UK cottages. We will have to commence County Court legal proceedings against the owner to recover the £450 and it's awful having our holiday cancelled at short notice simply because we dared to ask her why she likes to retain people's deposit monies for 2.5 months. As we booked after seeing the cottage advertised here on Facebook, we thought we should share the information here too.
