Our customer service is second to none, with a sales team that is experienced and knowledgeable in all areas from commuting to cycling at a national level as well as a huge range of mountain sports. We have a passion for cycling and for meeting our customer's needs.

We have been trading as a cycling and accessories store for over 20 years and in that time our online presence has grown, so that we can offer our excellent customer service to a worldwide audience.

At CycleStore we want to make the delivery as simple as possible. Delivery can be made ‘over complicated' with several expensive options. We try to keep our services as cheap and fast along with simple as possible.The chart below shows the delivery method when we ship the order.

Please note that some areas within the UK (highlands and Islands ETC) do carry a surcharge if sent via a courier (larger orders over £60) This can range from £10-£25 depending on the location. We will contact you to inform you if this is the case. No charges will be made without your permission.

We aim dispatch your order within 4 working days at the latest (excluding weekends and bank holidays), however most orders do leave within 1-2 working days. Items in stock will usually leave the same day.

If your item is out of stock we will order it in and usually have the item within three working days.
Should your item be unavailable from our suppliers we will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
You will receive an email to let you know when your order has left our premises. The delivery information above is from the time of despatch not from the time of ordering.

If no one is home when smaller items are sent with either Royal Mail 1st class recorded or Royal Mail special delivery depending on value, a card will be left and you can either collect from the local depot or arrange a redelivery.

Bikes are sent by Parcel Force on 48 hour delivery. You will receive details of the delivery on the evening it leaves us and your order will be traceable online the following morning.

Bikes are all checked and set up before leaving, please note bikes are shipped in the manufacturer's box for environmental reasons. Most bikes will require the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seatpost assembling.

Someone needs to sign for the package upon delivery. The courier will attempt 2 deliveries or the customer can arrange for delivery with the courier for more convenient day.

After 2 attempts the package will be returned to us and you may be subject to a charge for redelivery.

If you have any special requirements regarding your order please make a note in the comments box of the ordering process. Please note we cannot arrange deliveries for specific time's only days.

Stock Levels.
Our stock levels are enormous, but due to the huge range of products available it's inevitable some items will be temporarily out of stock, in most cases we can order extra stock in 1-2 days, however some items may take a little longer, if your order is going to be delayed more than 5 working days we will be in touch to let you know.

Returns

At CycleStore, we want your returns process to be as easy as possible.

12 month returns policy

We are happy to offer a 12 month returns policy!

Why?

We are aware that people will buy a bargain, out of season product, and not use it for a few months, or buy a gift for somebody, that doesn't get opened for a month or two.

So if you buy a bargain light-set, or a thermal jersey in the summer months and don't get it out of the drawer until mid-winter, you may find you want something different, so, just return it to us for a full refund. All we ask is that the products are sent back to us, in the original packaging and the goods are in the same unused condition as when you received them.

Buy with confidence!!

If you're not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us and as long as the item hasn't been fitted or used, we are happy to receive it back for a refund.

Each returned item should be in its original packaging with the manufacturers labels attached.
When returning clothing, where relevant, the original hygiene slips must be in place.

We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them within 24 hours. Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. As soon as your return has been processed by our team we will email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team

If the item is being returned as a result of our error, (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), we will refund Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel postage costs.

If you wish to return a bike for any reason, you would need to arrange the return carriage and you will be liable for the condition of the bike on the return journey. Please contact us for any further queries.

EXCHANGE
If your purchase isn't everything you expected it to be (sizing etc) and you wish to exchange an item the simplest and quickest thing to do is place a brand new order for your new item and return the old one to us for a full refund.

WARRANTY
Please contact us before returning warranty items, our team can sometimes solve some problems, preventing unnecessary delays.

SUNGLASSES

Sunglasses must arrive back to us in as new condition (including all packaging), glasses received with fingerprints or grease marks etc may be subject to a cleaning fee.
Any glasses received back unboxed, or with scratches or any signs of use, will not accepted.
