We have been trading as a cycle shop for over 15 years now and in that time we have also developed our web prescence so that now we are able to offer our excellent customer service worldwide.

All of our sales team are knowledgeable cyclists from commuting to racing at national levels and the majority of them have been with us for the last 10yrs.

We are here to help with any questions or queries you may concerning your purchases, all emails are replied too ASAP.
Our aim is to build the best possible relationship we can with our customers, recommendation has always been by far our best form of advertising.

After placing your order we will despatch it as soon as possible. If your item is in stock we usually despatch orders placed before 12 the same day.
If your item is out of stock we will order it in an usually have within two working days.
Should your item be unavailable from our suppliers we will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

We aim to have your order with you within 2 to 5 working days.

If you have any special requirements regarding your order please make a note in the comments box of the ordering process. Please note we cannot arrange deliveries for specific times only days.

Smaller items are sent first class signed for which for urban areas is usually a next day service, someone will need to sign for the order upon delivery, if no one is home a card will be left and you can either collect from the local depot or arrange a redelivery.

Larger orders and bikes are sent by courier on next day delivery. You will receive details of the delivery on the evening it leaves us and your order will be traceable online the following morning.
