Incompetent staff and managers
Appalling duty of care .I have just submitted several complaints to Swansea Bay University Health Board regarding Ty Einon. The staff need to realise that patient care comes first and not office bound duties.You cannot get a community nurse to treat people in the community.Therefore patients health is suffering.
