rang on a friday to arrange a house viewing and was told monday would be earliest at 10 am. drove 40 mins to see the house and they rang my mobile as i was arriving to say it was sold the previous saturday. shabby and wasted a morning off work because of these inefficient idiots, why not ring me on saturday so i had some notice.
