Poor!!

used this storage company from January 2012 until July 2012 the problems started when they wanted to take a £200 deposit for just using the 24hour access for an extra hour, they said it was just in case i set the alarm of and the security had to come out to turn it off, umm ok If I have to. to get my money back was murder took forever all the time i was still paying my monthly fee, finally got the £200 back in the end after many phone calls around about a month's worth, i had to go over to the shop and threaten to contact my credit card company. Then when i moved out it got to the point they said they will contact the police if i came to the storage company and questioned why the deposit i paid was not refunded back to me another £75. I was told the finance department refunds payments but they do not no where they are based and i will have to send an email, 2 months later after around 30 phone calls and threats I ended up contacting my credit card company and holding all payments I had payed to this company. I popped into the storage giant on Newport road, the women was shouting at me a paying customer and then she threatened to call the police but in the end she said she was just on the phone to security. bad customer services non existence and when they say they will do something like ring you back this doesn't happen. If i was you i would pay that little bit extra and as you know YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!
