Phone answering odd
On my third locksmith for the day - this one's phone was answered by somebody who appeared hard of hearing and had the olympics on in the background. Reluctant to talk and said 'the locksmith' was out on a job. Not interested in taking message or giving return time to call. Not exactly an emergency service!
