Disgusting staff attitudes.

I’ve just moved to the area from London, registered here last week, and the first receptionist had an absolutely stinking attitude. Kept talking over me, very abrupt, and very annoyed that I asked could someone phone me when prescription was ready, as the alternative was to wait outside in the car park, in the boiling sun for another half hour, with no estimate. I then had to remind her to be polite to people, and was apologised to, but still in a rude way? I had cause to visit again today, and had record running on my phone in my hand. I’m very polite, courteous, and I’m greeted with another disgusting attitude, told “I’m on the phone” and huffing and puffing. She lets the door close on my face. I call her back and ask her why she’s acting like that, is it appropriate? She says no, but still carried on. I’m calm throughout the exchange. Saying “I need help, my medications almost out” Another member of staff in the office to the right asks her “is she ok?” I say “IM not ok! I’m the one being spoken to like this!” She again let’s the door shut in my face and I can hear her saying “no he can just go, I’ve told him to read the signs” I then knock the door again to say to her I’d recorded it from the start, and she doesn’t have a care. “Do it! My name is so and so, report it to so and so!” Absolutely DISGUSTING behaviour, no empathy, no communication skills and no professionalism. She didn’t even know what was wrong, what if I’d been suicidal and this was my last cry for help!? “Read the signs, I’m busy on the phone!?” I’ll be taking this further, I have the footage as proof. If these people are that angry and resent helping people THAT much? perhaps it’s time to look for another job. I look forward to someone reaching out to me via supplied email and explaining what the hell is going on here.
