Smooth talker but plaster is not
Was supposed to smooth over artex ceilings in 4 rooms.when it dried. Decorator refused to paint ceilings because they were lumpy and with cracks. When contacted he said he would put it right but then ignored all attempts to contact him. Got other estimates to put it right & found out he had also charged double what it should have cost. Six months later taking court action.
