Useless!

These vets are completely incompetent. They cannot even read basic blood results and missed the fact my cat was diabetic. They kept my cat for three days in a serious diabetic state needing treatment and they were treating him for something else. They returned him to me sicker than what he was in the first place with his liver failing, covered in urine and faeces and bleeding from where he had a drip placed. They had sent him home to die when it wouldn't have resorted to that if they had simply gave him some insulin. Instead he was left to develop a hepatatic liver. I got referred to referral specialist vets over 100 miles away in the end but my dear sweet boy had gone beyond saving. The referral vet told me they had retrieved the original blood results when my cat was first ill from Dolgellau vets and everything was indicative of diabetes yet they failed to interpret this. We were left heartbroken and devastated and all because of this vets incompetence. If you value your pets lives, do not take them here as I have heard many other similar horror stories from locals about what has happened to their pets because of this vets incompetence. To add insult to injury, they have a whole page on 'diabetes awareness' on their website, what a complete joke!
