HORRIFIC AND NEGLECTFUL EXPERIENCE

Unsurprisingly Facebook review facility has been removed from their page. What started as a promising stay, soon degenerated into a shambles. Dog went into kennels in perfect condition as stated by vet, came out with protruding ribs, hip bones, spine and a general malaise. Not sure whether this was a lack of food or from the kennel not being sufficiently heated. Christmas presents for the dog were still unopened a week after Christmas, they were stored in a locker along with his toys and blanket, but the chocolates I gave to the staff seem to have been enjoyed. Employees inconsistent and some very rude. Unsure whether daily schedule as stated on website is truthful. Dog was hugely relieved and exhausted when I collected him unannounced. Upon arrival I told the member of staff I was here to collect my dog, to which she told me that reception was closed, implying I couldn’t collect my dog. Look elsewhere if you care about your dog.
