I am the Director of dads justice. How can I help you ? You may ask, Well after losing access to all my children in 2008 I joined new fathers 4 justice and family justice groups united and learnt so much from others who were victims of the corruption and injustice that goes on. Continually since my loss

I have made it my aim to get reform and provide help and support to people that need it.

I found myself fighting a losing battle (or so I thought) until I started taking advise from people that knew the system. Soon I had gained contacts that could help, But it did not stop there I found myself getting involved with CAFCASS issues, Social services issues and advising people what to do and where to find the specific help they needed. I have qualifications in counselling, Psychology, and gone through a majority of issues faced by people that have lost access to there children.

After becoming a member of New Fathers 4 Justice I was soon to become co-coordinator for Wales, I took part and attended Protest and supported others that fought for Justice.

Whilst dealing with my own depression caused by parental alienation and own access issues I tried my hardest to make a change to the corrupt system. I gathered lots of support by being honest and telling people what was going on in my case and how I was trying to make a difference.

Specialties~Former co-ordinator for New Fathers 4 justice welsh branch, dealt with CAFCASS, Social Services, Police and Government intervention, Abuse, Domestic Violence and many of the issues that are part of life, families, loss and depression and the problems caused within these criteria's. Drug issues, Suicide, Sexual and Social Problems, I also came third in the UK Community Champions. I was named a Hero Dad as i risked my own life to evacuate a burning guest house in 2003

Dads Justice is here to help weather it be that voice at the end of the phone or just someone to listen. Trust me i still hurt, I still miss my children. I can help you cope.

Monmouthshire County Council
January 1999 – November 2008 (9 years 11 months)
Youth Offending Teams (YOT's) were established under the Crime & Disorder Act 1998. Their primary task is to prevent offending and re-offending by children and young people (aged 10-17). The Act required every Local Authority in England and Wales to establish a YOT in their area.

Each YOT has a manager who is responsible for co-ordinating the work of youth justice services in the locality under the guidance of a Local Management Board consisting of senior managers from the partner agencies.

Each YOT is a multi-disciplinary team that works in partnership with other teams and agencies and includes workers from:

Social Services
Probation
Police
Education
Health
Other locally agreed statutory and voluntary organisations

Torfaen and Monmouthshire YOT has a seconded worker from Fusion, alcohol and drugs support service, and a Youth worker in addition to the workers identified above.

The Torfaen and Monmouthshire YOT consults victims of youth crime and offers them an opportunity to become involved in restorative interventions. These interventions include meeting face to face with the young person who committed the crime, receiving a letter of explanation or nominating reparation (either for themselves or within the wider community).

The YOT carries out reparation activities in the community with the young people. These include removing graffiti, gardening, delivering leaflets, collecting for a charity and litter-picking.

Further information can be obtained from the Youth Justice Board website.
