Staff unfriendly to family
One of our relatives was put in to Gwern Alyn, he has said to us on many occasions that the staff are treated badly by management. We experienced the staff being unfriendly to us the relatives as well. We gave him a mobile phone so he could stay in contact with his family, they took it away so he was isolated. Then they say he must stay longer, while their bad food makes his Parkinson's worse.
