Picadilly Circus in Hafod Y Bryn!!!!!

I would never recommend Hafod Y Bryn Kennels to anyone. Our Labrador Harri stayed there last week and although we had explained to the owners twice how long we were away for they still only booked us in for 2 days when we dropped him off, luckily they had room for the full week. If it wasnt for the fact that we were going away the next day we wouldnt have left him at Hafod Y Bryn because the man started blaming us for the misunderstanding and wasnt at all friendly. So we explained once again that we would pick Harri up a week on Saturday afternoon ( 9 nights) of which we payed for before hand. ( or so we thought!!!!). When we did pick Harri up as we had planned and had told the man on the Saturday afternoon we were told that we had to pay an extra £10.40 because we had picked him up late. I questioned the man (who was rude again and not friendly) he started blaming my husband for misunderstanding. I then asked the man to give me a written plan of their charges of which he proceeded to on a poxy post it note! He was not budging from the fact that he was right and it was us that had misunderstood him, although we had told him 3 times how long we were going away. He thought that we were trying to get out of paying, but in actual fact we only wanted him to be clear and to explain to us exactly what we were paying the extra £10.40 for, when we thought we had already payed for the whole stay beforehand!!! The man even threatend to phone the police if we didnt get out!!! Very very poor communication, very rude, not at all organised. Consequently I've had to phone back this morning because he didnt give us Harri's blanket and toys back. Picadilly circus is how I would describe Hafod Y Bryn Kennels!!!!!!
