Suprised and extremely impressed.
I bought a Pandora bead for my daughter's birthday in May. Although she said she liked it she didn't use it and finally admitted that it was not to her taste. I returned it today and asked if I could trade it. Not only was I able to choose a new bead I was given the full value for the bead and a credit note for the balance. Outstanding service- thankyou. Excellent service, I will certainly recommend Gregory's, Rhos on Sea.

The best service
I only wanted a small repair doing to my rather expensive watch. The manager at Gregorys was brilliant. He was very knowledgable and fixed my watch within half an hour at a price that was more than fair. First class.
