The heart of this self-catering holiday home is a unique triple height living space, with sofas arranged around a fabulous wood burning stove, a huge dining table with commanding views over the stunning Scottish Borders and an open kitchen to captivate the keenest cook.
And when it is time to slip between the Egyptian cotton sheets, there are four warm and inviting bedrooms to choose from - two super kings (which can be set up as twins) plus a king size and a double, all equipped with incredibly comfortable Casper original mattresses.
Why choose the Scottish Borders? Well, there's world-class cycling with secure bike storage on site (download our free Cycling Selkirk guide here), dramatic scenery and some of the best hillwalking in Scotland on the doorstep. Then there's the horse riding and the fishing on the River Tweed and golf at some great Scottish courses. And of course there's wildlife - golden eagles, ospreys, otters and red squirrels to name a few.

Amazing property. Such a beautiful house, plenty of space for a large family to spread out, gorgeous views, and everything you could need in the kitchen. The host was very kind and welcoming, couldn't ask for a better place to stay for our holiday. Will most certainly be back.

"Our party of 8 at this special gathering had a great weekend in Gethin’s gorgeous property. The house has been finished to a very high quality with exceptional attention to detail . Gethin was on hand if we needed any attention but it wasn’t necessary, the house is very well equipped ! Would happily move in permanently... A great weekend and well suited to our special occasion ! Hope to re visit soon."
