Difficult to contact
I’ve had great experience in the past from Harrods but put 2 expensive evening dresses in over 6 weeks ago and cannot contact them. No answer to phone or text. Getting seriously worried has the business gone into receivership?? I would like to have my dresses back. The no contact is most worrying ☹️

Abducted my suit
Has been closed for 2 weeks doesn’t answer the shop number or the mobile number posted on his shop window, called his mum at A2Z laundrette paisley and she can’t say when the shop will open again

Excellent
Was Lovely dealing with Harrods Dry cleaners for my wedding dress! I got my wedding dress cleaned as if its all new again & all boxed up nicely. My dress was a Hollywood dreams dress so it was very big and they managed to put everything inside the box! Thank you everyone at Harrods. Leanne xx
