quite interesting
certain events at Traquair are good value, especially the Christmas fair. Others are very expensive for admission like the Traquair Fair and the Easter events (total rip-off). The gardens are well-kept although the maze is a bit ropey. The house is interesting but you can only view quite a limited section and the antiques and furnishings have mostly been bought in. The tea-rooms are over-priced.
