Untrustworthy and incompetent
A shoddy job done on my kitchen and bathroom floors. Tiling uneven, grouting cracked after 1 day. He recommended floor strengthening boards screwed at 6" intervals: I provided the boards for him, but discovered (after taking a tile up) that he had not done the boards, in fact; but had walked off with them. He charged £50 for laying said boards. A liar and a cheat, who is now being taken to the Small Claims Court.
