Charles Phillips and Sons are specialist auctioneers. Our main area of business is clearing large consignments of diamonds, fine jewellery, original art works, fine furnishing and persian carpets. 70% of all goods at our auctions are sold with no reserve price to the highest bidders.

We have a global network of agents continually negotiating for consignments disposal contracts (CDC's). Our expertise is to clear consignment quickly through our weekly network of auctions throughout the UK and Ireland.

We currently have a mailing list in excess of half a million public and trade customers therefore a quick turnaround of any consignment is virtually guaranteed, other reasons for our success is we offer many items with no or very little reserve price thus maintaining our customers insatiable demand for our merchandise.

Diamonds And Jewellery
Charles Phillips auctions offer the buyer an outstanding opportunity to purchase high quality diamonds and precious gem set jewellery at a fraction of the normal store price. Many of our items carry full insurance certificates and diamond grading reports. We normally have an unrivalled selection of diamonds, solitaires, dress rings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets and earrings in ruby, sapphire, emerald, tanzanite etc.


Memorabilia
We always have a great selection of memorabilia at our auctions every week. Please see the auction manager on the day for particular details on the items for offer on the day. Furniture
We have a range of hand made furniture available at every auction we hold. Attendance is required to fully appreciate the goods on offer.

Our current consignment of furniture is solid hand made Rosewood which is very high in quality all in natural wood. We also have many different occasional items at each sale, much too many to feature. Most items of furniture will be offered at immediate future sales going to the highest bidder.

Objet D'art
All of our auctions exhibit many unusual articles ranging from pocket size to life size and larger. Viewing in person is required to fully appreciate the true beauty of these items.

We have porcelain vases and other exquisite ornamental pieces, bronze figures and statues, a full range of brass ware and cutlery, jade carvings, marble carvings, lightning and chandeliers plus many other unusual articles. We also have at every sale a wide range of figurative art which includes wood carvings, porcelains, sculptures, stone, resin and hand carvings all with hand painted finishes. You will always find an exclusive range of fine porcelain and decorative items. Most items are original hand made and hand painted and offered with little or no reserve, so bargains are very highly .
