When I arrived with my dog for her appointment they clearly didnt have her booked in the diary, but rather than rearrange the appointment (which I would have much preferred to what happened) they insisted that I left her with them. 3 hours later no one had called me to collect her. I called to check what was happening, to be told that they hadn't even started her yet and "do I understand how busy they are". I told them not to bother and went to collect her immediately, by the time I got there (under 10 mins) they had her in the little bath pretending they were washing her, they handed her over to me, soaking wet, didnt offer any form of towel to dry her off and insisted I pay the full amount of £30. She hadnt had her hair cut, or her nails clipped, they had basically wet her with the shower, she wasnt even shampooed When I arrived they said "she barks a lot doesnt she?"......... well no, actually, she doesnt usually but her barking today may have something to do with her being left her in a cage (which in my opinion was too small for her) for 3 hours, in an overly warm shop with no water!!!! Washing her was clearly an after thought to get their money after I had told them not to bother as I was coming to collect her She was very distressed and anxious when i picked her up. I had to carry her to the car as she was shaking too much to walk DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE! They are an excuse of a dog groomers, that dont care about the dogs at all

Will return again & again!
I booked charlie in for a full Groom and can I just say Ive NEVER been in such a swav shop never mind a dog grooming salon! The Groomer attended to me as soon as I arrived and came over to meet and greet myself and charlie, she got down and payed great attention to him and asked me some questions. He was then taken for his make over, I was called and told charlie was ready and to my delight he was as happy as larry and boy did he look & smell goood! I was over the moon with my experience here and now I use this salon everytime and I travel pass 3 to get here. Top marks!!
