Horrible Service

Decided to buy a new phone, Went in and the phone was £200, they had some in stock, everything seemed fine. I got it home and it looked like the box had been opened, i didnt think much of it, As i was using the phone i could see someone elses details, it also let me access their emails. So they had sold me a second hand phone, and also granted me access to another poor customers email account. Which is a big security risk. I took the phone back and explained what happened, They kept me waiting for around 40 mins or so, Which i didnt mind too much aslong as i got a new phone. I was given another one and again the box didnt look in the best condition, i took it away and after having it for 5 minutes one of the buttons didnt work on the phone. The quality of their goods is shocking, Id say alot of their stock would be faulty, something seems wrong with the shop for it to be selling not up to standard products. I went in and got my money back eventually. Bad service and horrible goods, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
