Recived a card with yodel writtenon it. After a goose chase trying to find yodel I was eventually told that it was parcelinq I was looking for. Went in to find out my parcel still in the van. The staff is very rude when I spoke to a manager he was also rude. When I asked why it says yodel and not parcelinq he replied with "well these aint our cards". Avoid this company at all costs.

Do not use this company.
Ordered online a laptop and it was left on my doorstep in the rain, the box was also ripped and damaged. I went round to speak to a manager, who was rude and he justified the actions of his driver by saying "How were they meant to know it was a laptop in the box" The parcel was to be signed for by myself on receipt of delivery, I seen quite clearly on the bit of paper that the manager produced that the driver signed it with just my surname. The manager justified this by saying rudely "That drivers can sign on behalf of the customer, how was he meant to know what was in the box, did it say it was a laptop on the front of the parcel?" I received no apology. Not good customer service.
