Reprehensible pharmacy in Coldstream

Left my 85 yo husband with lung cancer to carry 3 separate prescriptions and his walking stick . He did not have 10p for a carrier bag. Dropped the meds outside the shop after maneuvered 2 steps. I contacted the pharmacy and was told all pharmacies charge for carrier bags . Dont use paper carrier bags. No empathy for his plight. Contacted Lloyds and Boots in Kelso. Told NO charge for carrier bag if for prescriptions. Coldstream is run by young girls who treat the elderly appallingly. Reprehensible what they put my husband through. Will be using proper , ethical chemists from now on.
