on a recent visit to the store I noticed an article that I was interested in on an upper shelf above head height and inaccessible with out a stepladder hoping that the item was available in the store at a lower level I continued to shop however I could not find the item at a lower level so I approached a staff member for assistance they guided me back to where I had viewed the item and stated that they had to types and pointed to the item on the lower level another item at a lower level which was not the item I required then left me alone . in disgust I left the store very disillusioned
