disgraceful|
i was absolutely disgusted with the service and attitude of the owner and staff i spent £80 on a collar that is suppose to stop my dog barking and it didnt work in the slightest when i tried to return the collar they refused to refund me the money and with there stinking attitude told me the collar must not work for my dog and won't be giving me back my money am a single mum and out of work i can't afford to spend £80 on something that doesn't work and having someone talk down to me i will never be setting foot back in there shop again
