Welcome

Hello, my name is Andy Donnelly, together with my wife Leigh and a few Coastettes we run Coast Entertainments Ltd. I thought I would take a few minutes to let you know a bit about us and how we got involved in the wacky and wonderful world of show business.

About Us

For the last 8 years Leigh and I have been performing in the country's busiest wedding duo Coast, playing at over 100 of the country's most glittering events each year. Because we could only be playing at one event on the one night, it got to the stage where we were turning away or recommending other bands for 80% of our incoming enquires....and then one day we had a brainwave....Don't sound so surprised! We decided we would recommend our friends in the industry to clients and charge them a modest commission for obtaining the booking and dealing with all the paperwork. Pretty soon the word spread and within a short period of time we were inundated with clients looking for advice on bands and bands looking for extra gigs.....and so Coast Entertainments Ltd was born.

Our Services

Wedding Entertainment is our passion... well that and eating out! We provide you with the industry's best media for the country's most sought after acts, many of whom are exclusive to us. As industry innovators, not only were we the first guys in on HD Video media, we have also developed the industry's first video blog "Backstage Pass" This give you unparalleled insight into our acts and the people within them. With the legacy agents in decline and with bands and clients joining the Coast revolution in droves, we're excited about the future. Bands

All of our bands are passionate about Traditional Scottish Music and all of them put their own unique spin on it. All of our Ceilidh Bands have experienced dance callers. Some of them also play Pop / Rock covers and provide Disco services.

Mobile Discos

At Coast Entertainments, we are proud to work with a wide variety of mobile discos in Glasgow, Edinburgh and throughout Scotland. The discos we represent are selected because they are experienced, flexible, fun, reliable and use great quality digital PA and lighting equipment.
