Crackhead
Don't entertain this conman. Used him several time over the years but never again. This person has developed a severe Coke addiction and I do not mean the soft drink. Always asking for advance payments which go straight up his nose. Walked off the last job at my property half finished when I refused to pay him any more until the job was finished (having already been paid up front for all materials). Would not answer his phone nor answer his door. Got word from a mutual contact that he does have a cocaine addiction and is frequently spaced out for days at a time which explains why he was never turned in on a Monday or Tuesday if he was paid on the Friday. It is a shame as he did do good work in the past but cannot be trusted nowdays, I'm afraid the old "nose candy" got to him. There are many more "Groundworks" businesses in Ayrshire - my advice would be to chose another one - not this "crackhead"

This conartist gives the cowboy contractors a bad name. Constantly asking for money for materials which never arrive or to pay expenses or pay his hired help and so on. Once he gets any money he dissappears for a few days. As soon as he realises he cannot get any more "advance" payments he dissappears permanently leaving the works unfinished. Do not entertain this conman and definitely do not give him any money upfront.

Does not finish the job!!
Do not use this guy! He left a pile of rubble in the street and not finish laying the slabs as agreed. He is now not answering any calls! What he did was OK but I will have to find someone to finish the job!

Terrible
Had garden done and after 6months faults appeared with patio. All became loose, uneven and grout all cracked and coming away. Contacted him for three months to carry this out. Excuse after excuse ive heard them all. In the end forked out the money myself and finished the job. Very unreliable and unprofessional.
