A seemingly quiet restaurant a small distance from the main shopping area of Irving offers a very large and varied a la carte menu at very reasonable prices. 3 of us dined with two bottles of wine and two cans of cola for under £80.00. A unique "Chef's Special" is a variation of thin sliced meats with pancates and sauces, makes a pleasant change from Duck. Our selection of main couse was delivered promptly, steaming hot and obviously freshly cooked, two variations of squid were cooked to perfection with just a hint of firmness. We have a large appetite for food, especialy chinese, the quantity of food served very nearly saw us off. Ditch the business lunch, eat a la carte, ditch the knife and fork, get stuck in with chopsticks, enjoy the meal. One down point is the very limited wine list, though the wine we had was rather moreish. JL, JPL & JAL Isle of Arran
