Williamson Design Florist, Florists In Broughty Ferry

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend on valentines day but they did NOT arrive. Understandably I was looking to get my money back but instead of being helpful I was accused of LYING about the failure of the delivery!!! Since then I have managed to receive an apology from them and my money back (with NO goodwill gesture). Horrendous customer service. I will never buy flowers from them again
