Worst Takeaway Ever

I ordered a takeaway was told 45 mins, it took 1 hr 35 mins to arrive, when it did it was stone cold, the curry dish was burst open and curry splattered all over everything, the pompodomes were burnt black, the whole meal was inedible, I called them as soon as I open the bag and very nicely explained the problems and the gentleman hung up on me, thinking perhaps I just got cut off I rung again another gentleman answered and I again explained he also hung up, I then called a 3rd time and got a English spoken "lady" who was very abrupt told me impossible the meals stay hot for 2 hours, the containers can't possibly burst open and it is again impossible to burn pompodomes, I tried to explain that she could see for herself the state the meal was in but she told me well don't come back and don't call again we are too busy to listen to complaints and then again hung up. This takeaway must be the worst in Dundee so I defiantly do not recommend them.
