The worst place to eat

I visited Goa for the first time a few weeks ago with a friend. We tend to always go for mix grills when we visit new restaurants. The portion sizes are very small compared to surrounding restaurants. The prices were average for broughty ferry so we expected the food to be good. Fro. The presentation of the food was average however the food was of very poor quality. The chicken was very dry, prawns were mushy and the lamb taste and seemed like beef very dry and tasteless. The tikka masala sauce that came with the mix grill was sweet, too which we were shocked because tikka masala sauce in every restaurant we have visited is mild to medium spicy. We pointed this out to the waiter who served us to a good standard, he apologised and replaced it however when he returned it was the same sauce but the chef had added more red chilli to it and it had now become a paste not a sauce. We must have only tasted the dish and because of the poor quality left it be. We then decided to fill ourselves with tea and dessert. When it came to paying the bill I made the waiter aware that the food was of poor standards, he acknowledged this but explained his manager was on deliveries and couldn't replace or lessen the bill. He spoke to his acting manager who didn't find it necessary to come to the table and discuss the issue but refused any discount. To this I responded to the waiter I have no problems paying the full amount but I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant. The waiter again had empathy but he was only an employee. So I paid the bill and left a £5 tip for waiters help and understanding.
