Poor customer service
I have used Johnsons Cleaners on Union Street for several months. My main issue with them is the utter lack of customer service. If there is a stain of any kind on your clothes, they will say, "we cannot guarantee" removing it or not damaging it in the cleaning process. If you had clean clothes, you would not bring them to the dry cleaner in the first place. Also, they lack any willingness to take special care or consideration for your clothes, unlike many other dry cleaners.
