The lady seemed nice and spoke knowledgably. We thought it was a nice place, and didn't look too bad. However my dogs were treated badly and one of them lost a tooth, which according to my vet could only have been from a kick with a boot based on lacerations etc on lips. My normally friendly dog was shivering when he went near the owners of the kennel! A friend of mine also put her dog there, and her lab a normally bouncy dog was cowering when he saw the lady the next time they went to the kennels, and he started to wimper. If you want to place your dog there by all means do so, but I will never subject my dog to someone I suspect of animal abuse!!!
