Great Service and Advice
Great shop, I got a baby bearded dragon from here at the weekend. I went to several shops in the area but purchased from here because the animals are kept so clean (a lot different from some of the other shops I was in). The owner Marie was great full of information and she made sure I bought the right equipment. The thing that really wowed me was she gave me the telephone number of the Royal Dick Vet to phone and register my beardy and to make an appointment to have him checked over (none of the other shops even mentioned a vet) I phoned to register him today and was so pleased when the vet said they knew the shop and marie well and that I had been given the correct advice and equipment. thank you so much marie.

Not a happy reptile keeper!
I bought a halogen 75w bulb from here on Thursday. It cost £15 and only worked for 4 days. I returned it for a refund. Guy was away for ages then came back and said shop policy was not to refund. Asked for a credit note to use in future. This was also refused. Was either another bulb or nothing. I find this exceptionally disappointing and I certainly won't be back.
