Don't touch with a barge pole
I would avoid using Tom Campbell (trading as Acorn Landscaping Fivemiletown) at all costs. My experience with him in our garden was horrendous and I personally found the man rude, arrogant, dishonest, and disrespectful. From not carrying what was agreed, sub-standard planting, horticultural ignorance, to actual property damage, he refused to return to review and complete the job. We took him to court in December 2025 where he actually accused us of sabotaging our own garden! The judge ruled entirely in our favour and ordered that we were repaid in full. Campbell made no attempt to pay the debt in the prescribed time. It took an additional 8 months to receive all monies only after we involved the Enforcement of Judgments Office. Be warned.

Avoid
Damaged our tar,and kerb driving over it with a digger,, ruined our garden with unqualified workers in the garden with a job priced over 8000 never again! Please avoid! Most ignorant man, who doesn’t care about his customers

Done a terrible job
Thinking of getting your patio sorted out for the summer, a piece of advice from me would be to get a company who do a good job, and secondly stand over their work. If you think the above criteria is important, then from my experience of getting Acorn Landscaping from Fivemiletown to create a nice area for my family turned out to be a nightmare. To give a short overview, when the patio was laid last year, the majority of the slabs never stuck in the cement base Acorn made up, when they came back to sort it out, the owner blamed us for walking on the slabs, they were relaid again in a solid cement mix, and in doing so they left a huge dip in the patio. A year on and more have come loose, and several have cracked, from not been laid correctly in the first place. The owner is a nightmare to discuss anything with and always blames everyone but himself. He then chases his money through the small claims court as some people don't like paying for rubbish work and bad attitude. This is the first and only negative review I have written on a review website, so that's saying something about Acorn Landscaping Fivemiletown. Be aware.....
