many years of great service
I administer a charity that houses the most vulnerable in our society. As such tradesmen are vetted before working for us. the cooker doctor is one such company that we have used for many years, not only in work but in my own home and our family and friends. i have no hesitation in recommending the cooker doctor as a company and the owner Sam who has become a friend over the years, a real gentleman

the cooker doctor replaced the oven for me and was very efficient. not only can repairs be carried out but also replacements provided and installed when repair is not possible.

great value local lad
Contacted Sam this morning about a defective grill in my cooker. He said that he would be with me between 3 & 4 this afternoon. About 30 minutes later he rang me and said that he was now close by and could he call. He had the part that I needed and had the cooker fixed in about 30 minutes. Very good service

This man is a CROOK!!
This man is a CROOK!!! DO NOT let him near your appliances!!! We are left with an oven that doesn't work because he fitted a new part that is wired in wrongly so now no one else can repair it correctly as they can't see how it was originally wired. We have tried numerous times to get him back to rewire the original part as it was found but he doesn't respond and blocks calls. Everyone we have spoken to (we've tried everyone!) has numerous stories of him doing this sort of thing repeatedly and customers having to pay more money to repair his wrong-doings. Other people in the trade refuse to touch an oven he has touched because of his awful reputation! He shouldn't be allowed to operate and I will be reporting him to the authorities.
