I note previous comments from Clare B, and yes there are foreigh staff as there are in all nursing homes and hospitals here these days. What is abundantly clear though is these are very loving caring trustworthy people.

barriers to effective nursing care
i am a regular visitor to the home and unfortunatley the staff turnover at the minute is very high. In the home the majority of staff are foreign, although ii hold no prejudice i watch how staff and the residents find it extremley difficult to communicate with the care assistants the nurses however are excellent my only concern is if staff and relatives can not communicate then how can our families feel safe and at home???
