Customer service at £1.53 a minute !
Appalling customer service. I have experienced lengthy delays on my order (as yet unfulfilled). The customer service telephone number that they want you to use to track your order is charged at £1.53 a minute !!! E mail responses are slow. I will not use again and will not be recommend this company to others.

Venus Monobloc basin mixer
Very poor quality tap, blistered and broke. No refund from customer srevices, they denied that there was a problem. Goods not fit for purpose.
